Senior Mobile Game Designer

Control the gameplay and systems design for a highly innovative family-friendly mobile game, and be able to work collaboratively with your team and Senior Management to create an amazing game experience, on time and on budget
Work from the initial concept to writing detailed game design documents as well as tuning and balancing final gameplay
Drive the creative vision of a multidisciplinary team and work with your Project Manager on managing tasks and priorities for your team
Be a top contributor in developing new game ideas
Ensure that the team understands and is aligned on the gameplay concept and vision of the game
Manage tasks and priorities and foster the advancement of junior designers in your team
Define success metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and track with data analyst team
Work on defining and owning creative processes and practices on your team with Senior Management

You are creative, have initiative and a great attitude towards working with others
An avid gamer. You love playing console games, mobile games, browser games and PC Games.
Several years of professional experience in designing successful mobile, online games and/or console games
Have been involved from concept to completion on at least one successful title in a Senior Designer Role
Managing a small team or other comparable leadership experience required
Must display systematic and strategic thinking as well as imagination and creativity
Have strong communication skills both orally and written. Writing great design documents and communicating your thoughts and proposals through high-level presentations has become second nature to you
You have a high standard in creating content and help keep the bar high with your team
